Your device will be brought to our repair lab and will receive a manufacturer approved repair.

Once your device is repaired and fully tested, it will be returned to an address of your choice within the same day.
*Orders placed on the weekend will be collected on Monday or a day of your choice.

- After booking a repair on our website, a member of our customer care team will contact you to arrange your drop off label to use at one of 1,200 An Post drop off locations.

To pre-book an appointment in our main repair facility in Sandyford simply follow these steps:

Click pre-book appointment and choose your device (smartphone, tablet, wearable or scooter) manufacturer.

Choose your device model, in the product page choose your fault and add it to your cart.

In the cart select in-store appointment booking and choose your location, date and time.
