Open the An Post returns site
Visit the An Post Click & Post returns website. In the retailer search field, search for and select NDC Collection Service.
Missed your collection? No problem.
You can arrange a new collection for a date that suits you. Follow the steps below to rebook your Three Repairs device collection through An Post.
Rebook your collectionPlease have your Three Repairs order number ready before you begin. You can find this in your repair confirmation email.

Select a reason for return
Choose the relevant option from the Reason for return dropdown menu.

Enter your repair order number
Enter the order number supplied in your Three Repairs booking confirmation.

Confirm your details
Check that the information entered is correct. Select Continue as a guest if you do not have an An Post account, or log in to your existing account.

Choose a new collection date
Under Select a return method, choose Book a collection and select the available collection date that suits you.

Enter your collection address
Enter the full address or Eircode where you would like An Post to collect your device.

Complete the checkout
Review your collection information and select Checkout now to confirm your new collection. The cost should be shown as Free.
